Our Management Team

We are the industry’s only catastrophe claims team run by working adjusters. We understand every part of the process and have developed a system to ensure the highest quality service, resulting in loss control, low cycle times and consistent claim packages.

Eric LarsonPartner
Eric J. Larson is a 1995 graduate of Mississippi State University. He is a daily claims adjuster and has worked catastrophic insurance claims throughout his now twenty year career. Most recently, he worked in the Topsail Beach and Wilmington, NC areas following Hurricane Florence.

Eric has been a proponent of equipping their claims experts with state-of-the-art technology to improve the claims processes where possible make coordinating them more systematic.

When he isn’t glued to his computer screen he spends time competing in CrossFit, golf, and working on the farm in South Dakota with his wife, two kids, dog, cat and two horses.

Mark Larson
Mark LarsonPartner
Mark Larson is a 1996 graduate of Lake Area Technical Institute with a diploma in Building Trades Technology Program and a 1998 graduate of Ridgewater College with a diploma in the Insurance Claims Representative Program. He has been active in the insurance claims business since graduating from Ridgewater College.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife, son and two daughters.

Jason Good
Jason GoodPartner
Jason Good is a 1992 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He has has been active in the claims business since.

Jason has experience in all aspects of the claims handling process and the unique challenges faced by the carriers and adjusters and works with both to develop and provide a seamless claims handling process. He understands that an independent adjusting firm should strive for efficiency and customer satisfaction in all aspects of claims management process.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys aviation, snow skiing, ice fishing, camping, boating, the Nebraska Cornhuskers and spending time with his wife and two school-aged daughters.
